How does actually coaching work?

How long is each session?

Coaching takes place on zoom or a call. Each session will last last 60 minutes. I will share my diary with you, and you are able to book an appointment instantly.

How many sessions would be required?

The number of sessions required will depend upon what you want to work on. On average clients work with me for 3 months, but this is flexible.

At what frequency should I be coached?

I will coach you at the frequency that you require. Clients most commonly opt for weekly or fortnightly to begin with.

What can I expect from you?

You can expect to have a supportive thinking partner, who will actively listen, encourage you and help you to find new strategies to achieve your goals.
